 Thank you for shopping at Screamermine.com! We want to make sure you have a satisfying shopping experience, and our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

 

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 from the date of purchase. (45 days for international shipments) If you item purchased is not to your satisfaction, please follow our return process to initiate a return.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

 

3. Return Process

 To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 Contact our customer service at customerservice@sreamermine.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Pack the item securely, and include the RMA number on the packaging.

  • Ship the item to : RMA   P.O. Box 103   Coulterville, Ca. 95311   (USA)

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Customer is also responsible for the package until it is signed for on our end. Sreamermine.com is not responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced or stolen items. Your shipper may offer insurance.

 

4. Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges

 If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and assistance.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
